Iranian Traditional Outfit

the iran girl in my college asked me to take pics of her in a traditional costume. she needed to send the pics back home or sth like that. whatever the reasons, having the chance to do portrait photogrpahy is not a chance that comes by often(Technically,it's not portrait but more on her outfit :P) indoor photography can be challenging..low light..backgroundss.. stuff like that. i actually used my black futon cover for the bg but when shot,it showed lines and was dark black. pissed me off, so i took a black paint brush and painted it in photoshop :P lighting.. still needa learn more on this. i bought a spotlight for this but was slightly too bright too my liking and the yellow was pretty ugly. i tried to tone it down but covering it with a white shirt and it somewhat worked but at the end of the one hour session.. there was a black burnt mark on the cheap uniqlo t-shirt.(luckily, no rooms were burnt though..) i guess i still got lots to learn.. photography is so damn wide with so many subjects! i'm still searching for my forte.. hehe

that's it.. but i was shocked.. 120 photos in about an hour.. my limit is 178! how am i gonna survive kyoto...
